When we were approached to make a music video for the band Night Flowers and their song Cruel Wind, we had a few ideas but this was by far our favourite. I liked the shoegaze vibe of the track and wanted to create something that was both haunting and inspirational to accompany it.

We liked the idea of the singer Sophia Pettit guiding the astronauts, but the challenge was clearing the archive footage and successfully comp the shots together. I think the designer nailed this and the project shows what you can do with a limited budget and a great set of people to work with.
